Master Gardener Telephone Committee

This committee assists Penn State Cooperative Extension Crops and Soil Sciences Educators by providing research-based answers to garden-related questions from residents in our county.

Currently, our volunteers field calls on Tuesdays, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.. Additional groups may be formed and meeting times adjusted according to volunteer availability.

To use this service, call the Mercer County Extension Office at 724-662-3141, select option 4, and leave a message describing your gardening problem or question. Committee members will research your question and return your call when they are in the office.
